You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the goods must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging.

#### 2. Return procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect or defective product). In such a case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will process the refund to the original method of payment. This may take up to 14 days. Please note that additional processing times may apply depending on your payment provider.

#### 5. Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable, including:

- Custom-made products
